Forwarding of policies if cancellation insurance has been contracted.
Deposit to be paid no later than one week after registration.
Payment of balance:
Balance to be paid no later than 23rd of January 2007.
Cancellation:
Up to 23rd of January 2007, full refunds will be given, less a handling charge of DKK 2000/package.
Between 24th of January and 17th of February 2007, 50% of payment will be refunded.
Customers cancelling after 17th of February will not be reimbursed.
Transfers:
Due to regulations governing sub-suppliers, the trip is non-transferable.
