The information given below is valid if booking the package deal incl. accommodation and/or meals, race fees and transport.
 

Accommodation in Sisimiut will be booked at either hotel or Seamens's home. Allocation by the Arctic Circle Race Secretary.
 

Meals to be served in the accommodation's canteen or restaurant. The following meals are included in the package deal: 5 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 5 evening meals. It is possible to buy additional meal tickets.
 

 

Deposit to be paid no later than one week after registration.
 

Balance to be paid no later than 6th February 2004.
 

Up to 6th February 2004, full refunds will be given, less a handling charge of DKK2000/package.
Between 6th February and 2nd March 2004, 50% of payment will be refunded.
Customers cancelling after 2nd March will not be reimbursed.
 

Due to regulations governing sub-suppliers, the trip is non-transferable.
 

 

Flight times and travel arrangements are all given in local time.
 

Changes may be made to flight times and travel arrangements. Please check travel arrangements 24 hours before departure.
 

Normal check-in time is 2 hours before departure. However, we recommend that you check with the airline company for any special circumstances.
Please check regarding the possibility of checking in direct to your destination.
 

 

The Arctic Circle Race may not be held responsible for any changes, delays, etc., occurring as a result of breaches of contract, unofficial strikes, bad weather, or events beyond the control of the Arctic Circle Race. The prices mentioned below are based on the assumption that Air Greenland will continue to fly the route. The Arctic Circle Race accepts no responsibility for changes to the programme or printing errors.
