Conferences/meetings
Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands offers hotel- and conference facilities of international standards, and in surroundings not matched anywhere in the world. Over the last years, a number of new hotels have opened, and a lot of the existing ones have been renovated.
In Greenland, the hotel classification, official since 1999, has had a positive impact on the general improvement of the quality. The hotels have 2-4 stars out of 5 possible. When you add the nature and the experience-possibilities, there is a guarantee of unique experiences, which nurtures both professional and personal innovation. From a financial standpoint all 3 destinations are very competitive on the price, compared to their Danish counterparts, including the transportation.
The mixture of activities depends on the purpose. We are more than happy to assist and help design programs and together with our clients discover the exact location, activities, and price that fit the client needs.
For example, a trip for 10 people, including 4 days of full board in single room with bath/toilet, conference facilities w. appropriate equipment, and return airfare, costs from 6000 DKr (currency Danish Krone) per person.

SIRIUS-Esprit-De-Corps.
This course takes place in the area around the Disko Bay and Ilulissat (Jakobshavn). It is an exclusive program for 10-20 business leaders looking for a different kind of team-development course. The focus is on the interaction between nature, team-processes, personal behaviour, and leadership.
The instructors are all highly qualified, former members of Sirius Patrol or professional psychologists / therapeutics, which ensure a very high level of security and course content.
The main part of the course takes place in the Greenland nature. Experience proves that impressions and learning processes are enhanced and the effect lasts longer in these surroundings. It creates the perfect foundation for further work with underlying principles, tools, and processes that are used during the course.
During the 7 days of the course, there will be a continuous exchange between practical exercise and theoretical analysis and tools, uncovering team behaviour and personal management style. It also provides insight into the limits and potentials of each individual in relation to the team.
4 days of the course will consist of a travel with dog sleds, during which each team member will be faced with personal and team based exercises / challenges that need solutions. Not just because there is an order to do so, but because of the necessity in order to "survive" in the Arctic nature.

Personal Development
The course is based on a direct and forward reflection, which aims at giving an honest and open feedback on your behaviour, as seen by others. This is a course for everyone who wants to develop his or her potential for cooperation.
"I do not know what you think, but I can see what you do."
The course is centred around 2 analyses, based on 5 people's anonymous evaluation of the individual. Do these evaluations correspond to our own perception? - Or are there disagreements on certain points? The analysis provides the framework for working with your self - both theoretical and practical. It is important to stress that it is not necessary for the participants to be so-called "supermen / women", a consideration that has been built in to the practical exercises.
The overall goals of the course is, to give each participant insight into his or her behaviour, and knowledge of ones own interaction with others, to gain insight into ones own degree of flexibility, and to experience changes as opportunities, not as threats.
The course gives you a tool, which starts a process of development. It is a dynamic tool, based on becoming part of your daily life, in a way that this new knowledge is transformed into concrete action. "If we do not change direction, we will end up, where we are heading now."

Steen Broen Jensen is a vigorous, thought provoking, and very professional lecturer, who is known for putting words to both his own and others' thoughts. His experiences from the Sirius Patrol, the Sirius Expedition 2000, and the work as coach and team-builder, provide the perfect background.
A lecture from SiriusUnity may be either a motivational talk at closing/kick-off sessions or seminars, or it may be of a more entertaining nature, for association meetings or educational institutions.
